 Over the month of December TYSB asked all staff, residents and guests to donate a toy for The Starlight room at Randwick Children’s hospital. The response was overwhelming and on Tuesday 20th December 2011 staff took the 3 huge boxes to Randwick where they met with Captain Starlight and some of the many sick children who will be spending their Christmas in hospital. The toys were received with great joy and is something the staff who were lucky enough to go will never forget. After the success of the toy drive we will definitely repeat the drive next year. A huge thank you for everyone who contributed.  Swiss-Belhotel International will continue to support the education of underprivileged Cambodians at the Friends of Sala Bai Wine Auction for 2011. Friends of Sala Bai is a not-for-profit organisation supported by individuals, companies and other community based organisations whose sole purpose is to raise funds in support of the Sala Bai Hotel School located in Siem Reap, Cambodia.  Congratulations to Swiss-Belhotel International President Mr Gavin Faull, who was inducted into the Hall of Fame to recognise his services to education. Mr Faull was involved with starting the Blue Mountains Hotel School outside Sydney and the Pacific International Hotel Management School in New Zealand.
