- Extended stay rates are discounted and subject to room availability
- All extended stay rates quoted are inclusive of GST (NB. These rates are nett / non-commissionable to agents)
- Rates are based on a minimum 14 consecutive nights booking
- Rooms will be serviced weekly
- Credit Card guarantee is required at the time of booking
- Cancellation accepted by 1:30pm 2 days prior to arrival. Cancellations inside this time will incur the cost of one night’s accommodation. Early check-out will result in the loss of any prepayment.
